Dr. Pastena is a wonderful PERSON and physician. He is very caring and concerned about all of his patients. I see his PA Kirsten. She had helped me tremendously overcome some medical issues. She is very thorough and works tirelessly. She has called me on numerous occasions on a Saturday to check up on my progress or give me result from tests. Her persistence has helped me improve my health.
Dr. Pastena is great. Good doctor, nice man, does very good work, and is very thorough. I understand peoples' frustrations with getting appointments and staff that is in a rush, but that seems to be the nature of medicine these days, unfortunately, and it actually shows that he's well-regarded and popular.
This is the worst doctor's office I have even encountered in my life. They leave you on hold for 15 minutes and never pick up the phone. They are rude to you whether you are on the phone or in the office. Very poor professionalism to say the least. I need to find me another doctor ASAP!!!!
Dr. Pastena is an honest genuine man who does excellent work. He's very popular in my town so booking an appointment can be difficult at times but overall, my family and I have been going to him for almost 10 years and we couldn't be happier. Any doctors office can find someone who picks up the phones extra polite or come up with great appointment policies but none of them will match the passion and dedication Dr. Pastena has to his patients.
Have known Dr PASTENA for over ten years I recommend him highly, he is very knowledgeable and professional and thorough. I even recommend him to my family members, I have gotten ill on vacation and he was able to prescribe medication for me, and to help me even while I was away. Thanks for Dr PASTENA.
